iQ-SIM is an exclusive software module by SOLSTEO that allows programs to be developed and validated by simulating the physical parameters of a machine. It is a powerful and revolutionary tool in the world of industrial software development.

After ten years of innovation, trial and error, tests and improvements, iQ-SIM has evolved to be a powerful and efficient tool that gives SOLSTEO a clear advantage over all other EO sterilizer manufacturers.
iQ-SIM was initially developed for internal use. Like a flight simulator, this software can reproduce the physical parameters of each of the components of an EO sterilizer. iQ-SIM allows accurate testing of each of the program modules developed by SOLSTEO. It also provides the opportunity to debug them – virtually - while they are in development. Once fully assembled, full programs are subject to the same simulation procedure before being installed in the PLC of the sterilizer.
iQ-SIM is a very useful tool to develop SOLSTEO CONNECT PLUG-IN (adaptable version of SOLSTEO software suite). We have the capability to replace all or part of the control system of an existing machine in record time. Our Plug-in version has proven to be the most reliable solution for software upgrades of existing equipment.
